Das Zimmer ist ein Eckzimmer mit 4 großen Fenstern. Es kostet 350 Euro inkl. Nebenkosten. Hinzu kommt nur noch Telefon/Internet mit knapp 8 Euro/Monat sowie anteilig die GEZ-Gebühr mit 5 Euro/Monat. Der Bodenbelag ist Parkett. Einige der aktuellen Möbel können bei Bedarf übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder, von denen sich jeweils zwei Bewohner eins teilen. In der Küche haben wir eine Wasch- und eine Spülmaschine, Herd und einen Kühlschrank, so dass man diesbezüglich ganz gut zurecht kommt. Auch Geschirr, Besteck usw. ist ausreichend vorhanden.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral zwei Haltestellen (oder 10 Gehminuten) vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zur Uni sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Von den verbleibenden Bewohnern sind zwei vor allem im Semester oft zu Hause. Einer ist berufsbedingt nur sehr selten daheim.
