I have a room available in my flat from December 1st 2021.
The room is available for short term or long term stay. It is approximately 15m2. The room looks onto the Rhine River and the small neighbourhood park. The house is 68m2, with a good-sized kitchen, wide hallway, single bathroom/toilet, living room, balcony and another bedroom. I bought the kitchen brand new and had it installed when I moved in August 2017.
Location is at the Feldbergplatz, right next to the Rhine River in the hip Zollhafen/Neustadt neighbourhood. It is a 10 minute bike ride/20minute walk from the city centre and main train station. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away. Beautiful views to the river and neighbouring park.
Hi there, my name is Madeline and I am an Australian currently living and working in Mainz. I am looking for a lovely new housemate from to share my cosy flat with. I work as a professional dancer, at tanzmainz, Staatstheater Mainz, and my hobbies include travelling, climbing and simply enjoying the outdoors. I'm looking for a responsible, fun, friendly student or worker. I am a friendly, easy-going, open-minded person. I like the house to be clean and tidy, just so that it makes living easier for everyone. :) I enjoy cooking together, games nights, watching a movie or having a table tennis game outside in the park from time to time, but also appreciate the quiet time and restful evenings. The apartment building has friendly neighbours and is a cosy place to live.
