Meine sehr liebgewonnene Mitbewohnerin hat sich leider entschieden in ein eigenes Heim zu ziehen und nun suche ich nach jemanden der/die in ihre Fußstapfen treten möchte. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und gut geschnitten, so dass man trotz Dachschrägen viel Platz hat. Besonders praktisch ist die schöne eingebaute Schrankwand in der man alles unterbringen kann was man so hat. Bei Bedarf können auch Teile der Möbel von der Vormieterin übernommen werden.

The room is light flooded in the mornings and has a lot of room despite the slope of the room. It comes with a nice build in closet and there is some furniture which could be left behind if desired.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer ruhigen Straße im hinteren Teil der Neustadt. Ob Park, Supermarkt, Bars oder Restaurants. Alles befindet sich in kurzer Laufdistanz. Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut und man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Auch am Zollhafen ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
The flat is situated in the heart of Mainz and you find everything you wish for within walking distance (parks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars). Nevertheless it quite during the day and there is not a lot of traffic to be heard. The tram station is just across the street and from there its only a two minute ride to the central station.
Hallo! Ich heiße Verena und bin als Psychologin tätig. Ich lebe nun schon eine Weile in meiner schönen Dachgeschosswohnung und fühle mich hier sehr wohl. Ich bin gesellig und wohne gerne mit anderen Menschen zusammen. Gleichzeitig bin ich beruflich recht eingespannt und suche deshalb nach einer/m netten Mitbewohner/in die vielleicht auch schon im Berufsleben steht und weiß, wie es ist wenn man unter der Woche sehr früh raus muss. :D
Ich bin unkompliziert, ordentlich und immer für ein Gespräch in der Küche oder ein gemeinsames Essen zu haben. Auch bei Sport oder Kartenspielen bin ich meist am Start, kann aber meine Mitmenschen auch gut für sich sein lassen.
