ab dem 01.08 wird ein 20m2 Zimmer in der Mainstraße frei. Es ist noch frei!
Es ist wirklich eine super Lage! Nur 5 min. zum Rhein, F.Minthe, Rewe, Post und Alnatura.
Moritz zieht aus, weil er sich etwas vergrößern möchte, aber ich Susi (31 Lehrerin Englisch, Spanisch) werde noch eine Weile hier wohnen bleiben. Mein Zimmer ist zwar mini, aber ich wohne lieber auf engstem Raum und spare mir das große Geld für Reisen.
Zu mir : Ich reise gerne, geh gern Inline Skaten, mache seit Corona auch etwas mehr Sport und treffe mich gerne mit Freunden. Ich schaue super gerne Serien auf Englisch oder Spanisch und unternehme viel. :)
Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht ganz so groß, aber dafür hat sie einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Das Bad ist auch total in Ordnung und warmes/heißes Wasser gibt es auch immer!;).
Schaut es euch einfach an, wenn ihr Interesse habt!
