Das Zimmer ist ca. 11 qm und hat ein großes Fenster, das zu unserem Innenhof liegt. Daher ist es sehr hell! Im Allgemeinen ist die Wohnung sehr hell, da die Küche ein großes Fenster und eine Glastür zum Balkon hat. Die Küche ist groß und gemütlich, wo wir gemeinsam kochen können. Sie verfügt über eine Spüllmaschine und die Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls dort zu finden. Es gibt auch einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof des Gebäudes, wo man an sonnigen Tagen (oder auch im Winter) ein Glas Wein, ein Bier oder einen Cocktail trinken kann haha.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im sechsten Stock des Gebäudes, d.h. im letzten Stock, so dass es eine ruhige Wohnung ist. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett.
The room is about 11 sqm and has a large window facing our courtyard. Therefore it is very bright! In general, the apartment is very bright because the kitchen has a large window and a glass door to the balcony. The kitchen is large and cozy, where we can cook together. It has a dishwasher and the washing machine can also be found there. There is also a balcony overlooking the courtyard of the building where you can have a glass of wine, a beer or a cocktail on sunny days (or even in winter) haha.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the building, which means on the last floor, so it is a quiet apartment. The neighbors are also very nice.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Liegt an der Boppstrasse, 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hauptbahnhof und 3 Minuten zu Fuss zur Haltestelle Lessingstrasse. Alles kann man zu Fuss machen, das Penny liegt direkt da, auch das Rewe der Neustadt, Rossman, Bäckereien, usw. Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum der Neustadt und zu Fuss braucht man 10 Minuten zum Rhein.
The location of the apartment is great! Located on Boppstrasse, 10 minutes walk to the main train station and 3 minutes walk to the Lessingstrasse stop. Everything can be done on foot, the Penny is right there, also the Rewe of Neustadt, Rossman, bakeries, etc. The apartment is right in the center of Neustadt and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the Rhine.
Eure zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Sara (22) und ich, Alejandra (23). Sara arbeitet in einem Unternehmen für Secondhand- und Vintage-Kleidung und schreibt ihre Abschlussarbeit in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Sie mag Musik, Literatur und alles, was mit Kunst zu tun hat. Chillen ist auch ein schöner Plan für sie, immer mit guter Laune :). (Alejandra) studiert Kulturanthropologie und Theaterwissenschaften an der Universität Mainz. Kocht auch gerne, macht Musik, Theater, geht spazieren und redet über das Leben bei Wein oder Bier :D.
Wir freuen uns auf eine nette Mitbewohner*in, um nette und offene Gespräche bei Wein oder Bier zu führen, und um gemeinsam Koch- und Spieleabende zu veranstalten. Aber natürlich will jeder auch seine Ruhe haben :).
Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Wohnung, daher würden wir auch einen Putzplan erstellen :).
Your future roommies are Sara (22) and me, Alejandra (23). Sara works in a second hand and vintage clothes company and is writing her thesis in economics. She likes music,literature and everything related to art. Chilling is also a nice plan for her always with good company and views :). (Alejandra) study cultural anthropology and Theater Studies at the University of Mainz. Also like to cook, music, theater, go for walks and talk about life with wine or beer :D.
We are looking forward to a nice roommie to have nice and open conversations over wine or beer, and to to have cooking and game evenings together. But of course everyone also wants to have his or her peace and quiet :).
We value cleanliness and order in the apartment, so we would also create a cleaning schedule :).
