The room has 12m2. It has a really big window with nice views to the building garden. The building is really new and modern (built in july 2020). The flat is in the 3rd floor of the building and it has an elevator. The flat also includes a private basement (keller) where you can leave luggage, furniture, etc.
The total price x month is 500€ it includes billing costs: electricity, water, heating. Also, we pay 15€ each x month for the Wifi.
The flat has 2 bathrooms (1 big one and one smaller one) and a cute balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven, microwave… the flat also has a washing machine. It also has radiant floor heating adjustable in every room.
The 150€ of the fee equipment are the 1/3 part of some things we bought for the flat: sofa, microwave, crockery, pots, pans, bathroom shelves... (everything was bought just 1 year ago).
Also I’m selling the furniture of my room for 550€ (negotiable) including:
- Bed (big double bed 160x200)
- Mattress
- Mirror
- Bedside table
- Big chest
- clothing rack
Please notice that I’m selling the furniture as a pack so it needs to be bought all together. Everything was bought just 1 year ago and it is in perfect conditions.
The location is perfect! The building is 1 minute away from the river walk: it’s perfect for going for a run or a walk. You have different supermarkets near: Rewe (5 min walk), Aldi (7 min walk), Lidl (7 min walk). The STR & bus stop (Bismarkplatz) is only 5 min walk.
You will live with Ainhoa (28) and Alicia (25) two Spanish girls working in the Marketing field for a company in Wiesbaden. In the flat we really enjoy doing things together such as cooking, having a glass of wine, going for a walk or have something to drink in the city center. Actually, due to the pandemic they are usually working from home.
