Ich bin ab September bis Ende Januar in Paris und vermiete deswegen mein Zimmer unter. Über einen konkreten Zeitraum können wir gerne sprechen :) das Zimmer kostest 460 Euro warm (alles alles mit drinnen). Es kann sein, dass nochmal paar Euro dazukommen, wegen den hohen Heizkosten :(
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat die perfekte Größe und alles was du brauchst - Schreibtisch, Kommode, Bett und Schrank. Mein Highlight ist der Ausblick in den Innenhof und die Abendsonne, die jeden Tag hereinscheint :) natürlich kannst du das Zimmer umstellen und personalisieren. Ich hoffe, du wirst dich hier genauso wohlfühlen, wie ich es tue :)
I will be in Paris from September until the end of January and that's why I sublet my room. We can talk about a specific period :) the room kostest 460 euros warm (everything with inside). It may be that again come a few euros, because of the high heating costs :(
Your future room has the perfect size and everything you need - desk, dresser, bed and closet. My highlight is the view into the courtyard and the evening sun shining in every day :) of course you can rearrange and personalize the room. I hope you will feel as comfortable here as I do :)
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Du bist in 1 min am Frauenlobplatz, in 3 min am Gartenfeldplatz, in 5 min im Goethepark, in 10 min am Hbf und am Rhein. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. In der Neustadt findest du viele kleine süße Cafés, eine Menge Studierende und viele Supermärkte.
The location could not be better. You are in 1 min at Frauenlobplatz, in 3 min at Gartenfeldplatz, in 5 min at Goethepark, in 10 min at the main train station and at the Rhine. There is a bus stop right in front of the house. In the Neustadt you will find many small sweet cafes, a lot of students and many supermarkets.
Du wirst mit Lara (21) zusammenwohnen. Lara studiert Psychologie, mag Nachhaltigkeit und macht viel Sport. Sie kocht gerne und gut, wovon ich gerne profitiere :)
You will live with Lara (21). Lara studies psychology, likes sustainability and does a lot of sports. She likes to cook and cooks well, which I like to benefit from :)
