Die Wohnung hat eine sehr zentrale Lage und eine super Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof, in die Innenstadt, zur Universität und auch sonst überallhin. Die nächste Haltestelle (Goethestraße) ist direkt um die Ecke und zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort aus ist man in 3 Minuten Fahrtzeit am Hauptbahnhof (2 Haltestellen) und in etwa 10 Minuten an der Universität.
Die Neustadt ist das Studentenviertel von Mainz und in unter 15 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einige angesagte Bars und Kneipen. Auch der Rhein ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und der Goethepark, in dem sich viele Leute treffen, ist direkt um die Ecke.
Ein kleiner Nachteil der Wohnung ist die Lage direkt an den Gleisen. Die Züge sind

The apartment is located close to the main station and has a great connection to the main train station, the city center, the university and everywhere else. The next stop (Goethestraße) is just around the corner and can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. From there, it is a 3 minute ride to the main train station (2 stops) and about 10 minutes to the university.
The Neustadt is the student district of Mainz and in under 15 minutes you can walk to some hip bars and pubs. The Rhine is also only 10 minutes away on foot and the Goethepark, a meeting place for a lot of students, is just around the corner.

Die WG an sich ist eher ruhig. Hannah (24) macht eine Ausbildung zur operationstechnischen Assistentin und hat daher die meiste Zeit einen geregelten Stundenplan. Wenn sie zu Hause ist, ist sie allerdings immer für ein Gespräch und gemütliche Treffen in der Küche zu haben. Michael arbeitet an einer Schule, weshalb er vormittags meist unterwegs ist, und ist auch sonst eher ruhig.
Generell ist das WG-Leben sehr angenehm und eher ruhig. Die gemeinsame Fläche sind die Küche und das Bad. In der Küche hat jede Person ein Fach im Kühlschrank, außerdem steht hier eine Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist nicht besonders groß, wir haben allerdings eine Badewanne.
Die Wohnung hat auch einen Balkon, der allerdings nur durch die anderen beiden Zimmer betreten werden kann. Falls du den Balkon auch nutzen willst müsstest du also eine Regelung mit Hannah und Michael finden.

The flat-sharing life itself is rather quiet. Hannah (24) is training to be an operating theater assistant and therefore has a regular schedule most of the time. When she is at home, however, she is always available for a chat and cozy get-togethers in the kitchen. Michael works at a school, which is why he is usually out in the mornings, and is also rather quiet otherwise.
In general, life in this shared apartment is very pleasant and rather quiet. The common areas are the kitchen and the bathroom. In the kitchen, each person has a compartment in the refrigerator, and there is also a washing machine. The bathroom is not very big, however, we have a bathtub.
The apartment also has a balcony, but it can only be accessed through the other two rooms. If you want to use the balcony as well, you would have to find an arrangement with Hannah and Michael.

Falls du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast schreib mir einfach über wg-gesucht. Da ich gerade erst mit der Klausurenphase durch bin gucke ich zwar nicht ständig auf meinen Computer, versuche aber trotzdem schnell zu antworten. Besichtigungen können wir gerne auch online durchführen, ab nächster Woche aber auch vor Ort.
Ich suche nach einer Person, die die gesamte angegebene Zeit in dem Zimmer wohnen würde, nur ein oder zwei Monate lohnt sich leider nicht.
