Supermärkte wie Aldi, Rewe und Lidl sind nur 10 Min.entfernt.
The bus stop is around the corner. It is only 20 Min to the inner City by Bus and 30 minutes to the University.
This part of the City is surrounded with green areas and the Volkspark which is only 10 min from here not far from the river Rhine,.
