Hi, we are looking for a flatmate to share ours nice flat with us! we are a lovely spanish couple, who speak english also, so if you want to learn spanish it´s the right place, beacuse we are so talkative. The buiding is just 200 metres by the beach and just five minute to the city centre, connectic with bike lane.
The area is great because there are to many fresh shop, supermarket, pub, bank, market, bus stop...
Price included all the bills(electricity, water, internet, gas,telephone,Tv) .
300euros per month/ 100 euros per week / 16 euros per day
The building is alocate in the best area of Málaga:
Just 100 metres to the Misericordia Beach.
500 metres to main rail/bus station.
10 minutes by walk to the city center.
And behind the hugest park in the city.
The area is full of restaurant, tapas bar, bank, genuine Spanish fresh market, supermarkets, fish shop, bakeries...
