This cozy bright room is located in the second floor of an old building (renovated). The room is furnished with bed & mattress, desk & chair, closet, & a small carpet. There is also an extra shelf you can put your other stuff on. The building is old, but is in a very good location in Feudenheim.Tram and bus stations are in 2-4 minutes walk (getting you in 10-15 minutes to the university & city center). Supermarkets (edeka, aldi,..), cafés, pitza/doner, sparkasse, post & copy, as well as registration office (anmeldung is possible) are all in short walking distances.
Bathroom & kitchen are shared. There is a smaller kitchen downstairs in the ground floor with refrigerator, fridge & macrowave (as seen in pictures); if you cook often, you can either use the ther bigger shared kitchen (not included in pics here, as i myself wasn't using it often); or get an electric cooker downstairs to the smaller kitchen for yourself. Right now, there are one other female (not currently living there though) and two other male flat-mates in the building, which are out most of the day; so every one is having their privacy here, unless you want to chat in the kitchen/corridor sometime.
There's also a small balcony with a nice view.
The room can be sub-rented for october, in case you're looking for a short-term option; afterwards you can get the contract if you were intrested in long-term. The rent (everything included) is 260€ monthly, with a deposite of 300€ to guarantee that the room & furniture will remain undamaged & clean. (Incase intrested in long-term contract, please note that the monthly rent will be 30€ more monthly, for second 6 months of the year).
