Die Raumgröße ist ca 35m2 im ersten Stocke ines Hauses. Übrigens ist im selben Haus ein Hotel das von einem freundlichen österreichischen Paar betrieben wird. Der Raum hat drei große Fenster, durch welche den ganzen Tag das Tageslicht den Raum erhellt.

Voll möbliert: Bed (mit zwei Matratzen), großer Schrank, Kommade mit großem Spiegel, kleiner Nachttisch mit Lampe, Tisch und 2 Stühle. Das Zimmer hat viele Steckdosen und eine Heizung, TV, Internet (WIFI) und heißes Wasser für die Dusche. Dazu gehört eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Fön. Außerdem kannst du die Waschmaschine des Vermieters umsonst benutzen. Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Doppelzimmer in einem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist perfekt für Pärchen.

The room surface is approximately 35 m² in a house (1st floor). By the way, the house also runs as a hotel by a pair of friendly Austria couple. The room has three large windows, enabling the daylight in the room the whole day.

Fully furnished: bed (with two mattress), large closet, dresser with big mirror, cute bed table with lamps, desk and 2 chairs. There are many electrical plugs in the room + heat, TV, internet WIFI, hot water for shower.
It owns a well equipped kitchen with fridge, a washroom with shower and hair dryer. In addition, you can use the landlord's wash machine for free.

This is a very nice double room in the beautiful house. It is perfect for couples! And if you just want to live together with your boyfriend/girlfriend or a close friend, it is absolutely the best choice for you! 

Price: 270 euros (everything included) per person, and 540 euros for two people
