Das Zimmer ist circa 16m2 groß und hat einen wunderschönen Dielenboden. Die Möbel auf dem Foto sind in gutem Zustand und sollten für 500€ übernommen werden.
Dazu gehören das Bett mit Matratze (140 x 200 cm) Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode, kleiner tisch, Stuhl, Regal und auch Kleinigkeiten wie die Lampen, Wäscheständer, Pinnwand etc. Das Zimmer ist den ganzen Tag über sehr hell und abends kann man sogar den Sonnenuntergang über den Dächern

The room is approximately 16 square meters in size and features a beautiful hardwood floor. The furniture in the photo is in good condition and should be taken over for 500€. This includes the bed with mattress (140 x 200 cm), wardrobe, desk, dresser, small table, chair, shelf, as well as small items like the lamps, laundry rack, bulletin board, etc. The room is very bright throughout the day, and in the evenings, you can even enjoy the sunset over the rooftops of Mannheim.
Mitten in "Klein-Istanbul" findest du alles, was das kulinarische Herz begehrt: Dönerbuden, türkische Bäckereien und Supermärkte mit frischem Obst und Gemüse etc. aber auch eine Vielzahl sonstiger Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Rewe), Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. In der Gegend ist immer etwas los, weshalb man sich zu jeder Tageszeit sicher fühlt. Direkt neben unserer WG befindet sich "Selman', die beliebteste türkische Donerbude Mannheims.
Wenn du gerne joggen gehst oder grillst, bist du in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Neckar. Die Haupteinkaufsstraße ist ebenfalls in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Marktplatz" sind es 2 Minuten, von wo man die Uni in 3 Minuten und den Bahnhof in 7 Minuten erreicht.
In the heart of "Little Istanbul," you'll find everything your culinary heart desires: kebab stalls, Turkish bakeries, and supermarkets with fresh fruits and vegetables, among other things. There are also a variety of other supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Rewe), restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area. There's always something happening in the neighborhood, which makes you feel safe at any time of day. Right next to our shared apartment is "Selman," Mannheim's most popular Turkish kebab spot.
If you enjoy jogging or barbecuing, you can reach the Neckar River in just a 5-minute walk. The main shopping street is also within a few minutes' walk. The tram stop "Marktplatz" is 2 minutes away, from where you can reach the university in 3 minutes and the train station in 7 minutes.
Ich bin die Sofia und ziehe aus, da ich in Brasilien wieder studieren möchte, deswegen muss alles übernommen werden. Deine Mitbewohnerin wären Giovanna (26) arbeitet bei SAP und Nidhi kommt aus Indien und macht ihren Master in Heidelberg. Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und legen viel Wert auf ein harmonisches und respektvolles Miteinander. Wir sind keine Party-WG, unternehmen aber gerne mal etwas zusammen oder philosophieren bei einem Glas Wein über Gott und die Welt.
Außerdem legen wir großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Ein Putzplan sollte dich also nicht abschrecken ;)
I'm Sofia, and I'm moving out because I'm going back to Brazil for my studies, so everything needs to be taken over. Your roommates will be Giovanna (26), who works at SAP, and Nidhi, who is from India and is pursuing her Master's in Heidelberg. We all get along very well and place a lot of importance on a harmonious and respectful coexistence. We're not a party household, but we do like to do things together occasionally or have philosophical discussions over a glass of wine.
Furthermore, we place a strong emphasis on cleanliness and order. So, a cleaning schedule should not deter you.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 22.10 frei Dein Einzug ist bis spätestens bis zum 01.11 erwünscht. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreibe uns einfach eine Mail mit ein paar Zeilen über Dich.
