Leider ist meine Zeit an der Universität in mannheim zu Ende und es ist Zeit für mich, diese Wohnung aufzuliste.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im ruhigen Teil der Wohnung, da es nicht auf die Straße, sondern auf den Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Es hat große Fenster, die vom Boden bis zur Decke reichen. Die Decken sind hoch, das Zimmer ist hell, und es fühlt sich nie beengt an.
Das Zimmer kommt voll möbliert und bereit, in zu bewegen. Das Zimmer ist 20m2.
Hello, my name is Fraser and I'm from England.
Unfortunately my time at the university of Mannheim has come to an end and it's time for me to list this apartment.
The room is in the quiet part of the apartment as it faces the courtyard rather than the street. It has large floor to ceiling windows. The ceilings are high, the room is bright, and it never feels cramped.
The room comes fully furnished and ready for you to move into. The room is 20m2
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Mitte der Quadraten. Der Marktplatz ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt und der Paradeplatz 5. Es gibt viele Supermärkte, Fitnessstudios, Bars und Geschäfte in der Nähe und einen Kiosk im Erdgeschoss für Late-Night-Snacks. Die Wohnung liegt auch gegenüber dem Cafe Vienna
The apartment is located in the center of the Quadrate. The market square is just a minute's walk away and the parade ground is 5. There are plenty of supermarkets, gyms, bars and stores nearby and a kiosk on the first floor for late night snacks. The apartment is also opposite cafe vienna.
Du wirst mit drei anderen zusammen wohnen. In der Wohnung ist viel los, denn die Leute kommen und gehen zur Uni und zur Arbeit. Trotzdem herrscht in der Küche eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und man hat immer Zeit zum Plaudern. Im Haus wird Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen.
You'll be living with three others. There's a lot going on in the apartment because people come and go to university and work. Nevertheless, there is a cozy atmosphere in the kitchen and there is always time to chat. German and English are spoken in the house.
My English is better than my German so if the communication could be in English that would be preferred :)). Thank you!
