Since I'm moving out to live with my friends, my room will be available for the next tenant in the beginning of March (the move in date can be flexible until March 6th).
The room locates on the 3rd floor, it is 24m2 and fully furnished with 1 bed (140x200) with mattress, 2 desks, 1 chair, 3 shelves, 1 sofa, 2 coffee tables and a huge window which makes the room so bright. The equipment fee for all of those things is 200e.
There are 7 rooms, 1 kitchen and 3 toilets which are shared by Timo, Anne, Grabiel, Benny, Lex, Fearghal and me. The flatmates are really nice and helpful. We often have some chit chats while cooking together.
The apartment is located on the edge of Jungbusch, opposite to the Rheinstraße station (reachable in 3 minutes or even faster if you are in a hurry). From there, Line 2 and Line 6 will take you directly to downtown and also towards Ludwigshafen.
Next to the apartment, there is also a bus stop called ''Akademiestrasse'', from which you can hop on the bus 60 and go directly to the University of Mannheim within 10 minutes.
Furthermore, it has the merits of Jung Busch, there are lots of student bars right around the corner!
Shops and supermarkets are easy to reach within a few minutes (Aldi, Rewe, Netto,...). There is also a gas station nearby!
