Hey guys, our wonderful flatmate from England has to move out soon to go back to her home country, so we are looking for someone new to move into our happy, relaxed and spacy student-WG :) We live in a house full of students and other young people. When days get warmer, you are welcome to chill at our very special and beautiful roof with view over Mannheim city!
You room offers a maximum of privacy (the WG is very spread-out and the doors are pretty solid) with the option to chill in the kitchen or with us whenever you feel like socialising ;). Your room is bright and warm (even in ice cold winter nights ;) has a new wooden floor and some furniture inside already (it was all bought less than a year ago that's why there is some take-over fee).
You will share the toilet, bathroom and the big kitchen (14sqm with washing machine, bread making machine and dishwasher) with 3 other really lovely, friendly and laid-back international flatmates. We do like to socialise but there are also times where we are all just locked-in in our rooms to study and work.
We are looking for someone who is as easy-going like us. We are super-tolerant and open to any one (we just don't like drama ;)
The rent of 335€ already includes everything you need to pay (rent, hot water, heating, electricity, Rundfunkbeitrag and WiFi).
(Most of us speak German btw :D we don't mind international students though ;)
We are a 5-10 minutes walk to the university of Mannheim. The university park is less than 3 minutes away, the Rhein river and the parks there are less than 10 minutes walk as well. We live in a safe area full of students. We like to take our bikes, so we can quickly reach Jungbusch, main train station and shopping malls and all kind of shopping and service stores (5 minutes bike ride for all of that, if traffic lights are not red for too long :D)
If you like to make new friends and meet a bunch of new people, this is definitely your place! We have lots of social events and chill out with other students in our house. When winter is finally over, we have regular house parties and BBQ evenings at our rooftop. Since the house is very isolated and you don't want to join the parties on the rooftop, the noise won't affect you at all =)
The room will be free from the 21st of December so if you like to rent it out 1 or 2 weeks earlier already - no problem ;)
