Hello potential new tenants,
the room is about 15m², empty/unfurnished, has two large windows and faces the backyard. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped.
The flat is 2 minutes on foot from Mannheim Central Station and 5 minutes on foot from Mannheim University. In closer proximity there are various bakeries and kebab shops, pubs and shops such as Rossmann & Lidl.
Your housemates will be Aggelina (me) and Marlene. I am currently working for the university and Marlene just finalized her Master. We have both studied business. Since we have had good experience with mixed flat shares, we are looking for a new tenant who is also cosmopolitan. As a flat share we are often on the go. We either spent a lot of time working and experiencing the after-work life. We like to cook and/ or chat in the kitchen, but also allow the others to rest when they need to. Also, we are pretty particular with cleaning!

Hallo potentieller Nachmieter,
das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² groß, leer/unmöbliert, hat zwei große Fenster und geht zum Hinterhof. Die Küche und das Bad sind komplett ausgestattet.
Die WG ist 2min vom Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof und 5min zu Fuß von der Mannheimer Uni entfernt. In unmittelbarer Näher gibt es diverse Bäcker & Dönerläden, Pubs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rossmann, CAP & Lidl.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Aggelina (ich) und Marlene. Ich arbeite bei der Uni und Marlene ist jetzt fertig mit ihre Masterstudium. Wir haben beide BWL studiert. Da wir gute Erfahrung mit gemischten WG hatten, suchen wir nach einen Nachmieter, der auch weltoffen ist. Als WG sind wir oft unterwegs. Entweder sind wir viel am Lernen oder Arbeiten gewesen oder haben das after-work-student-life genossen. Daher haben wir das WG-Leben super entspannt genommen. Gern trafen wir uns in der Küche mal zum Kochen und/ oder Quatschen, gönnten dem jeweils anderen aber auch seine Ruhe wenn er/sie diese brauchte.
Wir würden uns riesig freuen, wenn auch du meganett wärst und was von Ordnung und Sauberkeit versteht.
