Das Zimmer ist mit 12 qm nicht das größte, aber sehr hell.
Ich würde die Möbel vorzugsweise da lassen, kann sie aber auch mitnehmen. Ich werde sie im Falle einer Übernahme größtenteils kostenlos und zum restlichen Teil sehr günstig abgeben.
Kostenlos: Holztruhe, weiße Ikea Schubladenkommode, 5 Bretter an der Wand als Regal/Schrank, Stehlampe, Spiegel, Schreibtischstuhl
Insgesamt 80 Euro: Ikea Papp-Bett, Matratze, Holzschubladen unterm Bett als Stauraum.
Warmmiete ist 271 Euro, mit allem Inklusive (Nebenkosten, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet)
Die Lage ist wirklich 1A. Man ist in 1 Minute an den Planken und am Einkaufszentrum Q6Q7, es gibt sogar nette Geschäfte und Bars im Wohnblock selbst. Trotzdem ist es im Zimmer nachts so ruhig wie in einem Vorstadtviertel, da es in den Innenhof geht und die Nachbarn keinen Krach machen.

Universität: 15 min zu Fuß
