Da ich Mannheim verlasse, suche ich einen/e langfristigen/e Nachmieter/in für mein schönes Zimmer in einer 2er-WG im Quadrat J1 ab sofort (evt. 15.07.2020 oder 01.08.2020).
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG (Aufzug vorhanden) eines gepflegten Mietshauses und ist trotz Innenstadtlage ruhig. Die ca. 75qm Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten. Die WG Zimmer sind exakt gleich groß und führen in das Wohnzimmer/die Küche, die reichlich Platz für gemeinsames WG Leben bieten. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine separate Badewanne. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil und eine Gemeinschaftsgarage, in der Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.

As I am leaving Mannheim I am looking for someone nice to take over my beautiful room in the flat in J1, only consider long-term commitment from now on (15.07.2020, 01.08.2020).
The Flat is on the 1st Floor and we even have an Elevator. The flat is also super spacious for 2 People (75m2) and there is a bathroom, a storage room, a living/ kitchen room, 2-bed Rooms. In the building, we have a Basement for ourselves and a bike Garage.

A requirement for the future tenant is to take over the furniture in the flat from me

The deposit of € 750 + Furniture in the flat of €400 = € 1050 can be paid in 2-3 months depending on our agreement. Just let me know :).
Die Wohnung liegt in den Quadraten in der Nähe von Marktplatz und Abendakademie. Die entsprechende Bahnstationen sind in eine Gehminute entfernt. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten, zur DHBW mit der Bahn 12 Minuten. Fußläufig sind ein Aldi, Penny und Lidl in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die beliebte Studentenkneipe Café Vienna und Jungbusch sind direkt um die Ecke.

Location
The flat is super central, close to Marktplatz and Abendakademie. With the bike/tram, it takes 5 min to the University, with the tram it takes 12 min to DHBW. There are plenty of bars nearby and especially Café Vienna and the Jungbusch area.
Du wirst mit Wida wohnen. Sie kommt aus Indonesien und ist in Mannheim berufstätigt. Sie ist super sympathisch, kocht gerne und mag Filme. Wir verbringen gerne gemeinsame Zeit mit unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten. Wida spricht sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch, und Internationals werden auch willkommen heißen. Ich kann das WG-Leben mit Wida nur empfehlen.

You would live with Wida from Indonesia. She is currently working in Mannheim. She is a super nice flatmate who would join you in any cool activities (including cooking or watching movies). She speaks very well German and English so internationals should be welcome.
