Zimmer 2: Dieses Zimmer (17 qm) mit direkter Aussicht auf das Mannheimer Schloss ist mit einem Bett und Nachttisch, einer Kommode, einer Kleiderstange, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl komplett eingerichtet. Zudem hat dieses Zimmer Zugang zum Balkon (8 qm, anteilig angerechnet mit 25%).
Zimmer 3: Dieses Zimmer (22 qm) mit direkter Aussicht auf den Rhein ist mit einem Bett und Nachttisch, einer Kommode, einer Kleiderstange, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl komplett eingerichtet.
(Falls gewünscht kann zu jedem Zimmer Bettzeug bereitgestellt werden.)
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Geschirr, Kochutensilien etc.) und bietet einen Tisch mit Blick auf den Mannheimer Hafen. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne und separater Toilette. Zuletzt gibt es eine Abstellkammer – in dieser Wohnung steht also alles zu Eurer Verfügung bereit: vom Bügelbrett und -eisen, über Wäscheständer und Staubsauger bis hin zur Waschmaschine.

Room 2: This room (17 sqm) with direct view on the Mannheim Castle is completely furnished with a bed and bedside table, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail, a desk and a chair. This room also has access to the balcony (8 sqm, accounted partially with 25%).
Room 3: This room (22 sqm) with a direct view on the Rhine is completely furnished with a bed and bedside table, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail, a desk and a chair.
(If desired, bedding can be provided for each room).
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils etc.) and offers a table with a view on the Mannheim harbour. There is also a bathroom with shower tub and separate toilet. There is also a storeroom - so in this apartment everything is at your disposal: from ironing board and iron, clothes horse and vacuum cleaner to washing machine.

Schaut doch bei Google Maps (Link: https://bit.ly/2KW1wDq) und überzeugt euch selbst von der hervorragenden Lage der Wohnung: direkt an der Mannheimer Universität, kurze Wege zu den beiden Stadtzentren Mannheims und Ludwigshafens, nur wenige Schritte von tollen Bars und guten Restaurants im Jungbusch (Mannheims angesagtestem Viertel) entfernt, wenige Meter zu Grünflächen rund um den Rhein und in der Nähe von Supermärkten... Kein Grund zur Langeweile ;)

Have a look at Google Maps (Link: https://bit.ly/2KW1wDq) and convince yourself of the flat’s outstanding location: directly at Mannheim university, within short walking distance to both the city centers of Mannheim and Ludwigshafen, only some few steps away from bars and good food in Jungbusch (Mannheim’s trendiest neighborhood), few meters to the green areas surrounding the Rhine and close to supermarkets… No reason ever to be bored during your stay in Mannheim ;)
WG-Leben
In der WG werden neben dir zwei weitere Personen wohnen; in Zimmer 1 wird ab August Natalie leben, die bis März 2021 ein Praktikum in Mannheim macht.
Living together
You will be living in a shared flat with two other people; in room 1there will be Natalie living from August to March 2021, she does an internship in Mannheim.

Zimmer 2: frei ab 21.07.2020 (Miete monatlich: 280 Euro + 120 Euro NK)
Zimmer 3: frei ab 21.07.2020 (Miete monatlich: 300 Euro + 120 Euro NK)
Die Kaution beträgt insgesamt 800€. Von diesen 800€ wird die erste Hälfte (d.h. 400€) mit Vertragsunterzeichnung fällig. Die andere Hälfte (d.h. 400€) muss zusammen mit der ersten Monatsmiete bezahlt werden.
Besichtigung: Per WhatsApp versende ich gerne zuerst ein Video mit einem Rundgang durch die Wohnung. Eine Vor-Ort-Besichtigung kann bei Interesse zeitnah vereinbart werden.

The deposit is 800€ in total. Of this 800€, the first half (i.e., 400€) is due upon signing the contract. The other half (i.e., 400€) must be paid together with the first month's rent.
Flat tour: Per WhatsApp I will gladly send a video with a tour of the apartment first. An on-site visit can be arranged promptly if you are interested.
