The room is fully furnished with one bed, one desk, one chair and one cabinet. Simple and modern. It has good lighting due to the window. At night you can also see stars from that. It’s very quiet because the room is facing the yard. There is a storage room where you can store your stuff. The kitchen/living room, bathroom, and toilet are shared. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement and it’s free.
There are several bus stops in front of the building. The closest one is called ‘ Akademiestraße’, only 3 minutes away by foot. There are an Aldi and penny within 10 minutes walking distance. It takes only 15-20 minutes to walk to the city center and the university of Mannheim. Very well located. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
This is a student WG, where we cook, talk and do things together from time to time. If you are also looking for a lively sharing and caring environment, this is the perfect WG for you!
Now a little bit about your future roommates:
Jana, 20, studiert Medizin und kocht/backt gerne (zu viel und vegan, so viel dass Mitbewohner oft mitessen können). Sie macht außerdem gerne Sport und sorgt dafür, dass meistens frische Blumen die WG verschönern.
Marius, 24, befindet sich in einer Ausbildung zum Chemielaboranten. In seiner Freizeit geht er gerne Sport zum Sport oder pflegt soziale Kontakte.
Neil (ˈniːl), 22, befindet sich in einer sozialen Weiterbildung, welche sich auf die Erwachsenenpädagogik spezialisiert hat.
Er ist Handballer, geht mehrmals die Woche zum Sport und ist das Individuum, welches in der WG für die finanziellen Angelegenheiten zuständig ist.
Luisa, 20 years old, studies political science at Uni Mannheim. She likes doing sports like swimming and volleyball and taking advantage of good weather whenever possible.
Important: the room is only available from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2023. Move-in earlier is possible and you only need to pay the rent in September by day (306/30=10.2Euro/ day). I (Stephanie) am leaving Mannheim to study in another city. I am looking for someone to take over my sublease contract. You will have a new sublease contract with the original tenant (Wendy, who is doing an internship in Cologne).
Cleanliness is important.
Please write something about yourself: study, hobbies, nationality and age, etc. anything! And when you would like to move in and when you will have time for viewing and a short talk with us (22.09.2023-01.10.2023).
We plan to care out viewing as soon as possible and if both parties feel right about it, we will sign the contract!
