Hey liebe WG-Suchende,
da ich im Sommer ein Praktikum in München machen werde, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter bis Ende September für mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß und kann mit kompletter Ausstattung (Bett, Tisch, Schränke, Regale, auch eine veraltete Stereoanlage ist drin und ein nicht funktionstüchtiger Fernseher) genutzt werden.
Ein großer Vorteil an unserem Haus ist, dass es ein reines Studentenhaus ist und man daher auch nicht von Familienlärm gequält wird ;) Die Lage ist auch optimal. Zu Fuß sind es 10min bis zum Marktplatz und 15min zur Uni oder zum Paradeplatz. In 5 min Entfernung fährt die Linie 2, in 10min Entfernung die Linie 6 und gleich ums Eck fährt der Bus Linie 60.
