Hey everyone,
my former roommate is leaving the flat and I am currently doing an abroad semester in Colombia.
Whether you are an international student who hasn´t found a flat in Mannheim yet or your desired flat is not available before a certain date, this is the chance to fill the gap.
Especially if you have to arrange all your Uni stuff regarding documents and other bureaucracy this provides you with a place to handle everything with more ease + it´s easier to find a flat once you are already living in the city.
Of course, it´s also possible to stay here for any other purpose!
The room is fully furnished, bright and has a size of 21m².
It looks as observable in the pictures, comes with a little couch, working desk, wardrobe and lots of shelves to put stuff on.
Bed covers are provided, so you don't need to buy new ones!

Hey zusammen,
mein ehemaliger Mitbewohner verlässt die Wohnung und ich mache gerade ein Auslandssemester in Kolumbien.
Das Zimmer is vollständig möbliert, hell und hat eine Größe von 21m².
Darüber hinaus findet sich ein Sessel, sowie Schreibtisch in dem Raum und es gibt jede Menge Platz zum Verstauen von Zeug in Form von Regalen, Schubladen und einem Schrank.
Bettwäsche und -laken werden gestellt, ihr braucht euch also keine Sorgen darum machen, neue zu kaufen!
The flat is located in the area "Jungbusch".
The bus station is 1min away form the apartment, the train station with the tram line number 2 is 3min away.
As for groceries, there is a small grocery market in the same street,
aswell as a bakery around the corner.
The chain grocery stores "Penny" and "Netto" are equally alike 5min away by walking.
It takes 15min to the university by walking, 7min by bike and 5min by bus.
Jungbusch is an area with a lot of bars if you like to go out and have some drinks.
The city center is also 10min away by walking, so to sum it up, everything you need is pretty close.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Jungbusch.
Sowohl die Bushaltestelle als auch die Strassenbahn befinden sich nur 2-3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Ein paar hundert Meter neben der Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen und um die Ecke gibt es einen Bäcker. Penny und Netto sind jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wenn man zur Uni will, benötigt man dafür zu Fuß 15min, mit dem Fahrrad 7min und mit dem Bus 5min.
