The room is quiet and completely furnished with a bed, sideboard, shelf, desk, and clothes rail. The kitchen is also completely furnished and we own a washing machine!
The move-in and move-out dates are flexible, August 31 is the latest but we can talk about everything else!
Das Zimmer ist recht quadratisch geschnitten und circa 16qm groß. Es hat 4,20m hohe Wände und sogar Stuck an der Decke. Die Holzdielen runden den Altbaucharakter zusätzlich ab.
Da das Zimmer richtung Hinterhof hinausgeht, ist es trotz sehr zentraler Lage dennoch ruhig und man hört nichts vom Wochenendtrubel. Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung über eine Einbauküche und ein Bad mit Fenster, Dusche und Badewanne.
Im Zimmer sind Möbel wie Kommode, Kleiderstande, Schreibtisch, Bett und Regal vorhanden!
The flat is in the heart of the trendy neighbourhood Jungbusch, where you have a lot of nice bars. Public transport is 2 minutes distant, food stores are in close proximity (5 minutes) and you need 10 minutes to walk into the city center of Mannheim.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Jungbuschstraße und somit in Mannheims wohl typischster Kneipen- und Barstraße im Herzen des Szeneviertel Jungbusch. Wer gerne mit seinen Freunden die ein oder andere Kneipe besucht, hat es hier auf jeden Fall nicht weit nach Hause! Das Zimmer ist aber dank der Ausrichtung zum Innenhof sehr ruhig und man bekommt keinen Straßenlärm mit.
Penny oder Norma sind circa 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Straßenbahn Linie 2 hält hier direkt um die Ecke, Fußweg 3 Minuten, außerdem hält der Bus ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Universität und die Innenstadt sind mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar.
You'll share the flat with Paula and Johnny, both are students and very open-minded and nice people, who enjoy to undertake things together like cooking, going out or watching Netflix. But of course it is also okay to take time for yourself!
In der WG wohnen Paula und Johnny. Johnny lebt schon seit circa 2 Jahren in der WG, studiert im 4. Semester VWL und ist immer bereit für Kneipenausflüge, Kochabende oder gemeinsames Fußballschauen. Paula studiert Heilpädagogik und war nach dem Abi 15 Monate in Irland. Sie ist noch ganz neu in unserer WG und auf jeden Fall sehr offen für jegliche Aktivitäten. Es ist also keine Zweck-WG, als neuer Mitbewohner kann man das WG-Leben selbst planen und mitentscheiden, sich aber auch Zurückziehen wenn man seine Ruhe braucht.
