Der Einzugstermin ist der 1. Januar 2020, jedoch ist auch der 15. januar möglich oder der 1. Februar.
Da ich Mannheim für mein Masterstudium verlassen werde bin ich derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter/in. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca 16qm groß und wird auf Wunsch teilmöbliert weitergegeben.
Meine Kommode, die Paletten, Nachttisch, Kleiderstange und Schuhregal würde ich KOSTENLOS! abgeben.
Die Schlafzimmer und der Flur sind mit einem coolen Holzboden ausgestattet, Küche und Bad sind gefliest.
Ich bin selber erst in diesem Jahr in die Wohnung eingezogen nachdem sie 2018 einmal komplett renoviert und saniert wurde. Alle Räume sind also in einem top Zustand. Damals wurde auch eine neue Küche eingebaut, die auch eine Spülmaschine beinhaltet. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen Balkon der an die Küche grenzt.
!!Auch die Waschmaschine die erst vor wenigen Monaten neu gekauft worden ist, verschenke ich an den Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus. Die Nachbarn sind alle jung und wir verstehen uns auch super mit den Nachbarn von unserer Etage.
Unfortunately, I will leave Mannheim for my master's degree and am therefore currently looking for a new tenant. Your future room will be approx. 16 sqm and will preferably be partially furnished.
I would give away my commode, the pallets, nightstand, clothes rail and shoe rack FREE of charge!
The bedrooms and hallway are equipped with a cool wooden floor, kitchen and bathroom are tiled.
I only moved into the apartment myself this year after it was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. All rooms are in top condition. At that time also a new kitchen was inserted, which contains also a dishwasher. In addition, the apartment has a balcony adjacent to the kitchen.
Also the washing machine, which was bought only a few months ago, I give away to the next tenant.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a renovated old building. The neighbours are all young and we get along great with the neighbours from our floor.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Jungbusch (quasi direkt über den coolsten bars Mannheims).
Es ist natürlich nicht der ruhigste Stadtteil, aber da ihr Rollladen habt kann man Nachts ohne Probleme schlafen.
In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein Penny, verschiedene Restaurants und viele Bars.
Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 1 Min zu Fuß entfernt, die Bahnhaltestelle 3 min.
Zur Uni läufst du ca 15 min zu fuß oder 5 min mit dem Fahrrad (welches du von mir auf Wunsch auch noch übernehmen könntest :P).
The apartment is located in the middle of Jungbusch (almost directly above the coolest bars in Mannheim).
Of course it's not the quietest part of town, but as you have roller shutters you can sleep at night without any problems.
There is a penny, several restaurants and many bars in the immediate vicinity.
The bus stop is only 1 minute walk away, the train stop 3 minutes.
To the university you walk about 15 min on foot or 5 min by bike (which you could also take over from me if you wish :P).
Du wirst zusammen mit Steffen wohnen. Er studiert Logistik an der DHBW und ist definitiv ein sehr angenehmer Mitbewohner!
Das Zusammenleben war sehr unkompliziert, wir waren beide viel unterwegs in letzter Zeit aber man hat trotzdem mal zusammen gekocht oder was getrunken. Insgesamt war es auch immer sehr sauber und aufgeräumt bei uns :).

Living together was very uncomplicated, we were both on the road a lot lately but we still cooked together or had a drink. All in all it was very clean and tidy with us :).
Die Warmmiete beträgt 475 Euro. Dazu kommen noch 20 Euro für Strom, 40 für Heizung, 11 für Internet und 8,75 für GEZ.
Die Nebenkosten decken definitiv alle Kosten, dieses Jahr bekamen wir sogar noch einiges zurück. Wahlweise könnten die Zahlungen von Strom und Heizung verringert werden wenn gewünscht.
