🇬🇧🇺🇸 University students only! I'm offering my 12 m² room in the Hafenstraße which is located in Jungbusch, one of the most popular parts of Mannheim. The room has a stove and a fridge with a freezer compartment so you don't have to share a kitchen with anyone else. If you want I can leave my microwave and my oven as well as my plates, pots, pans and cutlery. The room has an east facing window, a twin bed, a desk and two chairs, a closet and a bookshelf. The plants in the photos aren't there anymore.
🇩🇪 Nur für StudentInnen! Ich biete mein 12 m² Zimmer in der Hafenstraße zur Untermiete im Juni und Juli an. Im Zimmer hast du eine Küchenzeile mit zwei Herdplatten und einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, die du alleine nutzt. Nach Absprache könnte ich dir auch meine Mikrowelle und Mini-Backofen dort lassen, genau wie mein Geschirr. Das Zimmer hat ein Ostfenster, ein 90cm Bett, einen Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl, ein Regal und einen Kleiderschrank. Die Pflanzen von den Fotos stehen allerdings nicht mehr dort.
🇬🇧🇺🇸 Jungbusch is a very popular part of town. There's a bus stop right in front of the building, and a grocery store that's only a 5 minute walk away. You can also rent a bike at the VRN Next Bike station right across the street. Jungbusch has lots of restaurants and there's a river behind the building where you can sit and relax.
🇩🇪 Der Jungbusch ist einer der beliebtesten Stadtteile Mannheims. Es gibt viele Restaurants und hinter dem Haus kann man am Verbindungskanal sitzen und entspannen. Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Bushaltestelle und eine VRN Next Bike Stelle, an der man Fahrräder ausleihen kann. Penny ist keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und in die Quadraten ist man in 20 Minuten gelaufen.
🇩🇪 Es ist eine 6er-WG aber momentan ist meines Wissens nur ein einziger Mitbewohner tatsächlich dort. Ihr hättet nicht viel miteinander zu tun, es sei denn ihr wolltet miteinander reden, dafür ist er offen. Ihr teilt eine Dusche und zwei Toiletten.
🇬🇧🇺🇸 Usually it's a 6 person WG but these days only one roommate is actually present because the other exchange students were sent home. You would share a shower and two toilets (separate rooms) with him.
🇬🇧🇺🇸 If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I speak German and English, if you speak Russian or Polish I could ask my dad to translate, and the remaining roommate also speaks Vietnamese.
