Hier würde dann also jemand neu dazu kommen.

Room:
Since I won't be in Mannheim during fall semester, my two rooms are looking for a new roomie!
The bigger one is connected to the apartment hall and I am using it as a livingroom / place to work. I would leave my desk, couch, one or two shelfs and a commode in the room which you could use. There is a door leading to the second room which is a bit smaller. I am using it as my bedroom. I would leave my bed and another commode there. Together, the rooms are about 24qm big and do both have a window to the west side of the building. You can watch the most stunning sunsets here :)
Location:
While the entry to the building is in Jungbuschstraße, our apartment is facing toward Hafenstraße. So we don't have too much noise from the Jungbusch nightlife.
Just around the corner, there is a bus stop for the busses 60 and 65, which are both going to the University buildings, the castle, and the main train station. However, everything is in walking distance (like 5-10 minutes), same for the city center.
Living in the Jungbusch area also offers you a lot of nightlife opportunities such as bars, restaurants, and clubs, but also really cool pop-up stores and galleries. Plus, there is the University of Music just a few hundred meters away, where there are free little concerts every now and then, and the river in front of the house, where you can sit and enjoy the sunset.
Roomies:
For the six months, you would be living with Klara. She is 24 and is doing her Masters in Political Science in Mannheim. She bikes a lot and makes the best coffee! She is a perfect roommate and we enjoyed spending time together. But of course, you can always close your door and be for yourself! Our third roomie is Basti, but he will be leaving the apartment in summer, so there would be someone new moving in.

I have not yet decided how much the deposit for the furniture and room will be, but there will be one. This might be something, we could discuss when we meet :)
The total monthly cost for the rooms is 400 Euros, which includes everything and would have to be paid to my bank account so that I can transfer it to the landlord.
If you have a bike, you can store it in our bike garage in the basement, which the landlord recently built for us.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions and are interested in the room, we are happy to hear from you :)
