Zum 1.8. ziehe ich aus meinem super hellen, 20m großen und somit sehr geräumigen Zimmer aus. Durch die Schrägen an der Fensterseite bekommt es seinen eigenen Altbau-charme.
Neben den anderen Zimmern deiner künftigen Mitbewohner, haben wir außerdem eine geräumige Küche, einen langen Flur, ein großes Bad und zwei kleine Abstellkammern (was ich immer sehr geschätzt habe). Was Haushaltsgeräte betrifft, sind wir mit einer Spül- und Waschmaschine in der Küche sowie einem Trockner in einer der Abstellkammern optimal ausgestattet. Falls du sonst noch Dinge lagern möchtest, hast du auf dem riesigen Dachboden, der nur durch unsere Wohnung erreichtbar ist oder in unserem Keller eine Menge Platz dafür. Auch dein Fahrrad bekommt im Hinterhof seinen Platz.
In der Miete von 403,60 Euro sind alle Kosten (incl Strom, Heizung, Internet) enthalten.
Für die oben genannte Ablösesumme von 160 Euro würde ich gerne mein weißes Regal, eine Kommode mit Schubladen, eine Gaderobenstange sowie zwei Stühle/Sessel an dich übergeben.

Until the 1st of August I am moving out of my 20qm, nice room in a shared flat. In addition to the other rooms of your future roommates, we also have a spacious kitchen, a long hall, a large bathroom and two small storage rooms (which I have always appreciated). We are optimally equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen and a dryer in one of the storage rooms. If you want to store other things, you have a lot of space in the huge attic, which can only be reached through our apartment or in our basement. Your bike also gets its place in the back yard.
The rent of 403.60 euros includes all costs (including electricity, heating & internet).
For the above fee of 160 euros, I would like to hand over my white shelf, a chest of drawers, a coat rack and two armchairs to you.
Die Wohnung hat wirklich eine super Lage direkt an der Grenze zwischen den Quadraten und dem Jungbusch. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (MVV Hochhaus) befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Lidl, Aldi, Penny und Norma sind alle bequem in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch zur Universität kommt man mit dem Rad in 5 bis 10 Minuten. Im Sommer ist man außerdem nur einen Katzensprung von den schönen Neckarwiesen und dem Nackarstrand entfernt. Zentraler Wohnen geht in Mannheim nicht.

The house has a great location between the inner city and the Jungbusch with lots of bars and restaurants. A tram station (MVV Hochhaus) is right in front of the house. Supermarkets can all be easily reached in a few minutes. By bike you can also get to the university in 5 to 10 minutes. Especially in summer, you will appreciate that the Neckar (river) it almost next door.
An dieser Stelle würde ich dir gerne mehr erzähen aber in der WG steht quasi eine Neugründung an und das künftige WG-Leben hängt auch sehr davon ab was ihr daraus macht.
Zwei weitere Zimmer werden zum 1.7. frei (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Mannheim-Innenstadt.8027218.html).
Sicher ist, dass Chris (28, er macht seinen postdoc und kommt aus Dänemark) hier wohnen bleibt. Wir sprechen oft auf Englisch aber Chris freut sich auch sein Deutsch zu verbessern. Es wäre schön, wenn du auch Interesse an einem gemeinschaftlichen Zusammenleben hast und nicht nur auf der Suche nach einer Zweck-WG bist. Natürlich kann sich auch jeder, der lernen oder arbeiten muss oder seine Ruhe braucht, ins Zimmer zurückziehen. Frei nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss".
Ansonsten bleibt viel Platz zum Gestalten und zahlreiche Ideen für das WG Leben.

What is certain is that Chris (28, he does his postdoc and comes from Denmark) will stay here. Most of the time we communicate in english and he is also looking forward to spending more time with furture flatmates (eg cooking together, playing board games, ...).
Other than that, everything is uptoyou :)
