Helles Zimmer in tolles 7 WG

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande des lebendigen und multikulturellen Jungbuschs.
Unsere WG liegt direkt am Verbindungskanal, wo man sehr gemütlich sitzen kann. Dank der vielen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe wird es Ihnen hier sicher nicht langweilig. Der Stadtteil hat sich in den letzten Jahren enorm entwickelt und wird immer attraktiver, vor allem für Studenten.
Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt, Penny, ist etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Da der Jungbusch direkt zum Stadtzentrum angrenzt, erreichen Sie den Paradeplatz in weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß und in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Ein Bus (Linie 60), der u.a. zur Universität und zum Hauptbahnhof fährt, hält auf unserer Straße an der Haltestelle "Akademiestraße". Es gibt auch eine Nextbike-Station zwei Blocks entfernt. Studenten können dort für die ersten 30 Minuten kostenlos ein Fahrrad ausleihen.

Aktuell leben vier Studenten zwischen 20 und 24 Jahren in unserer WG.
Sie haben spanische, russische und auch israelische Wurzeln. Sie werden Sie sicherlich mit ihren Kochkünsten bereichern. Durch ihre Spontaneität und Offenheit werden Sie sich schnell wie zu Hause fühlen.
Alle vier Etagen des Gebäudes werden übrigens von Studenten bewohnt.

Übrigens, mein Zimmer (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/en/8699613.html?ma=1) ist auch ab Juli verfügbar. Das ist ideal, wenn Sie zusammen mit einem Freund in unserer WG wohnen wollen.

In unserer WG haben wir ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette, einen weiteren separaten Duschraum und eine weitere separate Toilette.
Die Küche hat alles, was Sie brauchen, zwei Kühlschränke, einen Backofen, einen Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle ... Und sogar eine Waschmaschine!
Im Wohnzimmer ist Platz, um gemeinsam am Tisch zu sitzen und eine schöne Mahlzeit oder ein Bier zu genießen.
Im Keller des Gebäudes befindet sich eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern sowie ein Fahrradabstellraum.

I am posting this ad on behalf of my girlfriend Emily.

ROOM

The pictures speak for themselves, but I will give you a short summary:

Emily's lovely, bright room in our 7 WG will be available from July because her Erasmus will unfortunately be finished then.
The room has a very high ceiling, ideal if you would like to put a high bed in it. The large windows overlook the patio. So it is a very quiet place where you have no street noise.
The room is furnished. It has a desk with a desk chair, a closet (which is not in the room in the pictures), a large mirror, and a single bed with nightstand (currently the pictures show a double bed).

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the edge of the lively and multicultural Jungbusch.
Our WG is located directly on the Verbindungskanal, where you can enjoy sitting. Thanks to the many bars, cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, you will certainly not be bored here. The district has developed greatly in recent years and is becoming more and more attractive, especially for students.
The nearest supermarket, Penny, is about a 10-minute walk away.
Since Jungbusch is directly near the city center, you can reach the Paradeplatz in less than 15 minutes on foot and in 5 minutes by bike. The train station can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. A bus (line 60) that goes to the university and the main station has a halt on our street at the stop "Akademiestraße". There is also a Nextbike station two blocks away. Students can rent a bike there for free for the first 30 minutes.

FLATSHARE TYPE

Currently, four students between 20 and 24 years old live in our shared apartment.
They have Spanish, Russian and also Israeli roots. They will surely enrich you with their cooking skills. Their spontaneity and openness will quickly make you feel at home.
Moreover, all four floors of the building are inhabited by students.

MISCELLANEOUS

In our shared apartment we have a bathroom with shower and toilet, another separate shower room and another separate toilet.
The kitchen has everything you need, two refrigerators, an oven, a kettle, a microwave ... And even a washing machine!
In the living room there is space to sit together at the table and enjoy a nice meal or a beer.
In the basement of the building is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers and a bicycle storage room.
