Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell (Fenster sind perfekt mit dem Sonnenaufgang). Möbel wie Regale und ein paar Schränke können drin bleiben, ich kann das Zimmer aber auch komplett ausräumen.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, dafür muss kein Abschlag gezahlt werden. Waschmaschine ist auch da, auch kein Abschlag nötig. Meldet euch bei Fragen jederzeit.
The room is very spacious and bright getting sun light through two big windows from the morning on. I can leave you some shelves/cupboards but if you prefer can empty the room completely. Kitchen is perfectly equipped and there is a washing machine. I don’t want any money for any of the stuff. Feel free to ask me anything you want to know.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rand des Junguschs in einer ruhigen Straße den Ring runter. Bus und StraBA sind 5 Minuten entfernt, außerdem sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Abendakademie. Am Fluss ist man innerhalb von 2 Minuten, an der alten Feuerwache auch sehr schnell. Nur ein wenig Verkehrslärm vom Ring, sonst sehr ruhig.
The flat is on the outskirts of Jungbusch in a quite street down from the ring. Bus and tram are 5 minutes away, its around 10 min on foot to the city centre (Abendakademie). The river is just 2 minutes away and Alte Feuerwache is also very close. There is some noise from the traffick on the ring but apart from that it is very quiet.
