Da ich im September ins Auslandssemester gehe, würde ich in der Zwischenzeit gerne mein WG-Zimmer vermieten. Die WG ist sehr großzügig und super WG-geeignet geschnitten. Das Bad und das WC sind getrennt voneinander und die Küche ist sehr groß und wird somit auch als "Gemeinschaftsraum" oder auch "Wohnzimmer" benutzt. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und es ist in jedem Raum und Flur ein schöner (etwas älterer) Dielenboden verlegt. Ich würde alle meine Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Schränke) im Zimmer lassen, sodass du nichts mitbringen bräuchtest . Zudem haben wir auch eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine in der WG.
Since I'm going on a semester abroad in September, I'd like to rent out my room in a shared flat in the meantime. The shared flat is very spacious and very suitable for living together. The bathroom and the toilet are separate from each other and the kitchen is very large and is therefore also used as a "common room" or "living room". The room has a large window and a beautiful (slightly older) wooden floor has been laid in every room and hallway. I would leave all my furniture (bed, desk, sofa, closets) in the room so you don't need to bring anything. We also have a dishwasher and washing machine in the flat share.
Die WG befindet sich im Mannheimer Szeneviertel Jungbusch. Somit bist du also Mitten im Geschehen - perfekt für das Studentenleben. Vor der Tür findest du zahlreiche Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.
Sowohl Rhein als auch Neckar sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Zur Popakademie läuft du in max. 5 Minuten, zur Uni Mannheim läufts du je nach Gebäude 10-20 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad bist du jedoch deutlich schneller.
Mit dem Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind Sportmöglichkeiten schnell und einfach erreichbar.
The shared flat is located in Mannheim's Jungbusch, a hotspot district for young people. So you are in the middle of the action - perfect for student life. In front of the door you will find numerous cafes, bars and restaurants.
Both the Rhein and the Neckar are within walking distance.
You can also walk to the Pop Academy in a maximum of 5 minutes, to the University of Mannheim in 10-20 minutes depending on the building, but you are much faster by bike.
Sports facilities can be reached quickly and easily by bike, on foot or by public transport.
Deine zwei Mitbewohner sind beides Studenten. Leon studiert dual im Bachelor an der Hochschule der Bundesagentur für Arbeit und Tillmann studiert im Bachelor Popmusikdesign an der Popakademie Mannheim. Leon macht außerdem viel Sport, sodass es man auch zusammen gehen könnte. Wir sind ein gemischter Haufen, der gerne mal das ein oder andere Bier zusammen trinkt und auch gerne Freunde einlädt. In der Klausurenphase wird es aber auf jeden Fall auch ruhiger.
Your two roommates are both students. Leon is doing a dual bachelor's degree at the University of the Federal Employment Agency and Tillmann is doing a bachelor's degree in pop music design at the Mannheim Pop Academy. Leon also does a lot of sports, so you could also go together. We are a mixed bunch who like to drink a beer or two together and also like to invite friends over. In the exam phase, however, it will definitely be quieter.
Du passt zu uns, wenn du aufgeschlossen, offen und gesellig bist. Melde dich gerne jederzeit hier über wg-gesucht und wir kommen auf dich zurück. Bisher waren wir eine reine Jungs-WG, aber wir sind auch offen für alle anderen Konstellationen. Es würde sich jedoch anbieten, wenn du selbst auch noch im Studium bist.
