Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß und mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischlampe und einem Sessel mit Beistelltisch ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in der zweiten Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Hier gibt es auch die Küche (voll eingerichtet) und das Badezimmer, das ausschließlich von mir und meinem Mitbewohner genutzt wird.
Es gibt einen Garten, der nach Rücksprache genutzt werden kann und einen Hof, um das Fahrrad abzustellen.
Die Vermieter sind ein älteres, freundliches Ehepaar. Im Haus herrscht eine familiäre und gute Atmosphäre.

The room is about 14qm big. Is is furnitured with a wardrobe, a bed, a work.desk with lamp and one easy-chair with small table next to it.
The room is located on the 2nd floor of a family-house. There is also a furnitured kitchen and a bathroom that is only used by me and my room-mate.
There is a garden that can be used after agreement. On the yard you can store your bike.
The landlords are one elderly and nice couple. In the house, you find a warm and welcoming athmosphere.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße im Mannheimer Stadtteil Käfertal.
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Imbisse, Bäcker), die alle zu Fuß erreicht werden können.
Die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Es fahren in kurzen Abständen Straßenbahnen in die Mannheimer Innenstadt (15 Minuten ins Zentrum und zur Universität).

The house is located in a quiet street in Mannheim Käfertal.
There are several opportunities to do shopping, all reachable by foot.
The tram-stop is about 5 minutes to walk. You can take several trams to go to the city centre and to the university (about 15 minutes ride).
