Ich biete zur Untermiete im Zeitraum vom 20.7.17 bis zum 23.09.2017 ein möbiliertes WG-Zimmer, d.h. Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Bett mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank und Regalen an. Zusätzlich stelle ich noch einen Internetrouter zur Verfügung. In der WG gibt
es noch eine große und auch saubere Wohnküche. Es gibt zwei Toiletten und eine gemeinsame Dusche. Waschraum, Grillplatz, Fahrradräume u.s.w sind ebenfalls im Wohnheim vorhanden.
Die WG befindet sich im 2. OG
Die Miete beträgt 250,00 € warm, d.h. Strom, Wasser, Heizung, TV, Internet ist alles drin.

Bushaltestelle und Straßenbahn befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür( Haltestelle: Ulmenweg)
Es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, bzw. seitlich an der Straße.
Auf dem Wohnheimgelände sind etliche Wiesen und ein Gemeinschaftszentrum mit Bar, Tischtennis zum Chillen vorhanden! Außerdem direkt in der Zufahrt des Wohnheims eine richtig leckere Pizzeria und eine Dönerbude.
