schöne Umgebung und Freizeitmöglichkeiten ( Rheinpromenade, Stadtwald, Strandbad auf der Neckarau )

El apartamento en sí está situado en un hermoso edificio Art Nouveau reformado, a dos calles de la estación principal, pero todavía está tranquilo.
Conexiones de transporte rápido por transporte público, pero también se puede llegar en coche (2 minutos a la línea 3, cerca de la estación principal de tren), hermoso entorno con oportunidades de ocio (Rhine promenade, bosque urbano, lido en el Neckarau) y muchas tiendas diarias (supermercados, cafés, restaurantes) hace de este un lugar muy agradable.
El aparcamiento está disponible directamente en frente de la casa (parking de residentes con permiso), así como en las inmediaciones de la estación principal, que tiene un complejo de garaje y un estacionamiento adyacente (Lindenhofplatz).

The apartment itself is located in a beautiful, renovated Art Nouveau building, two streets away from the main trainstation, but it's still quiet.
Quick transport connections by public transport, but can also be reached by car (2 minutes to line 3, proximity to the main train station), beautiful surroundings with leisure opportunities (Rhine promenade, city forest, lido on the Neckarau) and many everyday shops (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants) makes this a very pleasant place to be.
Parking is available directly in front of the house (residents' parking with permit), as well as in the immediate vicinity of the main trainstation, which has a parking garage complex and an adjacent parking lot (Lindenhofplatz).

Hasta la fecha, se han llevado a cabo tareas como compras, pinturas y actividades espontáneas y de ocio. Esto puede ser eventos culturales, conciertos, conferencias, lecturas, deportes, noche del pub u otros. A veces te sientas cómodamente en una cerveza/vino en la cocina cuando el día era largo.
Me encuentro genial si un compañero de cuarto, tranquilo y trabajador que ya sabe algo sobre Mannheim.
Desde Necesito mucho tiempo para ir tras mis propios campos de trabajo y actividad, sin decir que todo el mundo puede retirarse si quieres ser para sí mismo.

Debería estar bien si yo, Bella, 38, autoempleado y trabajar horas flexibles, a veces tomar perros para el día privado y el cuidado de vacaciones. A veces nos sentamos en el salón con una cerveza/vino o cocinamos juntos en la cocina. Me gusta estar en casa y socializar debe ser importante para ti. Vivir al lado del otro no es lo mío, así que jugar un entretenidor. Más interesante es estar fuera de la naturaleza, senderismo u otras actividades juntos son posibles de vez en cuando. Me doy por sentado que todo el mundo pone sus cosas en espacios compartidos y muestra consideración.

Ich nehme das Zusammenleben insofern sehr wichtig, da man ja alles wichtige (Bad,Küche) miteinander teilt ;)
Bislang hatte man Aufgaben wie Einkäufe,Putzen und Unternehmungen gerne spontan und in der Freizeit wahrgenommen. Das können kulturelle Veranstaltungen sein, Konzerte, Vorträge, Lesungen, Sport, Kneipenabend oder sonstiges. Manchmal sitzt man nur gemütlich auf ein Bier/Wein in der Küche, wenn der Tag lang war.
Ich finds toll, wenn sich ein/e nette, ruhige, berufstätige/r Mitbewohner/in,die/ der Mannheim schon etwas kennt meldet.
Da ich viel Zeit brauche, um eigenen Arbeits- und Tätigkeitsfelder nach zu gehen, ist es selbstverständlich, daß sich jeder zurück ziehen kann, wenn man für sich sein will.

It should be okay if i, Bella, 38, self-employed and work flexible hours, sometimes take dogs in for private day- and holidaycare. Sometimes we just sit in the living room with a beer/wine or cook together in the kitchen. I like being at home and socializing should be important to you. Living next to each other is not my thing, also playing an entertainer. More interesting is being outside in nature, hiking or other activities together are possible from time to time. I take it for granted that everyone puts their things away in shared spaces and shows consideration.

Ich habe selbst keine Haustiere, man sollte aber mit Hunden gut auskommen, da ich immer wieder mal Hunde zur Urlaubs-/Tagesbetreuung da habe. Ich bin Nichtraucher und es wäre schön wenn du auch Nichtraucher bist. Falls man ein Fahrrad mit bringt ist dafür Platz im Hinterhof.

No tengo mascotas yo mismo, pero deberías llevarte bien con perros, porque hago guarderías/días para perros. Soy un no fumador y sería bueno si usted también fuera un no fumador. Si traes una bicicleta, hay espacio para ella en el patio trasero.

I don't have any pets myself, but you should get along well with dogs, because I do holiday-/daycare for dogs. I am a non-smoker and it would be nice if you're a non-smoker as well. If you bring a bike, there is space for it in the backyard.
