The flat is 130sqm big, it's on the fifth floor (there's an elevator no worries), two balconies and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. There's a shared kitchen/living area and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separat shower all utensils you may need. Mannheim central station is about 8 minutes by foot, everything you need is nearby - bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, cafes and further shopping possibilities.

Parking spots are available right behind the house.

Sauberkeit ist Voraussetzung, wobei es nicht pingelig zu gehen muß.
Abendliches Grillen auf dem Balkon mit Freunden ist ok! Ab und zu auch Party, aber keine
Feier-WG.

Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Wohn/Essbereich mit offener Küche, in der auch gerne gekocht wird.
Ein richtig großer Esstisch lädt zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen mit Freunden ein.
Das Bad mit Fenster zum Innenhof, hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Ein Gäste-WC gibt's auch.

Hey together. The house/apartment is situated in Mannheims' best location, the room itself is big unfurnished.

I‘m looking for a relaxed roommate I'm 56, working in Mannheim and have an own small marketing company.

Employees are just as welcome as students.

A fairly relaxed and communicative atmosphere is important to me. I'm up for cooking together or doing something in or around town, but it's also no problem at all if you just do your own thing.
Tidiness matters to me, but don't worry - I won't search for dust grains. You can bring friends to have a bbq on the balcony and party here every now and then as well.

I like cooking in the open space and the kitchen is very well equipped. We have a large kitchen table which is made for having people come over and have a good evening together. There is one bathroom with a bath tub and a shower and one with a separated toilet. There are windows in both of them.
