Die Wohnung besteht aus 4 WG-Zimmern, Küche und Bad. Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm² groß und hell. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schnellen Internet-Zugang. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert. Die Möbel vom Vormieterin müssen gegen einmaligen Abschlag (in Höhe von 180 EUR) übernommen werden.

Your new room is located in a well-kept apartment of approx. 80 square meters in the immediate vicinity of the market square. This is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in good condition. The apartment consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The free room is about 16 square meters, bright and partially furnished. The furniture from the previous tenant must be taken over against a one-off discount (in the amount of 180 EUR). There is a fast internet connection in the house. The total cost is monthly 403 euros all included.
Die WG liegt in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Marktplatz" fahren Linien 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 und 15.
Zu Fuß ist man auch in 5 min schon auf den Planken und Uni Mannheim ist in 10 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Zum Jungbusch sind es auch nur noch 10 min zu Fuß.
Direkt ums Eck befinden sich Lidl und Penny. Aldi und Rossmann an der Abendakademie sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

The flat is in a very central location, in between the tram stops Abendakademie and Marktplatz. Lines 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 15 run from the "Marktplatz" tram stop.
The University of Mannheim is a 10-minute walk from the house. It's also only a 10-minute walk to Jungbusch.
Lidl and Penny are right around the corner. Aldi and Rossmann at the Abendakademie are just a few minutes' walk away.
Zusammenwohnen wirst du mit Michelle, Nathalie und Betül. Die Mädels studieren alle an der Uni Mannheim.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und sitzen vor allem abends gerne zusammen, kochen oder unternehmen gerne etwas.
