Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwa 70 qm groß und hat eine große Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Abstellraum, Keller, Hinterhof (ebenerdig) für Fahrräder, 2 Balkone, DSL-Flatrate von Arcor, Sat-TV, Zentralheizung…außerdem neuwertigen Laminat Boden in den Zimmern und im Flur.
Die Wohnung ist eine Altbau Wohnung mit richtig schönen hohen Decken.
Die Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt in der Neckarstadt-Ost, in der Langen Rötterstraße 82. Direkt neben der Wohnung gibt’s eine Metzger sowie 2 Bäcker, mehrere Supermärkte sind etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Lange Rötterstraße“ ist etwa 3 Min. zu Fuß, der alte Messplatz ist etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Stadt ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad etwa in 10-15 Minuten.
Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 265 € Miete incl. Heizung, plus 20 € für Arcor Flatrate, plus etwa 20 € Strom im Monat. Also genau 300 € Euro inklusive aller Kosten.
