Das WG-Zimmer ist ein sehr helles Zimmer. Es verfügt über hohe Decken, ein großes Fenster, so wie genügend Steckdosen.
Die Wohnung hat noch 3 weitere WG-Zimmer, eine Küche, einem WC, einem Bad mit WC und einer Abstellkammer
Das Gebäude steht am Rande der Neckarstadt-West. Es gibt super Anbindung der Linie 1 & 3, mit der man innerhalb ca. 5 min. In der Innenstadt, 10 min. an der Uni in Mannheim, 15min. am Hauptbahnhof und in ca.20 min an der Hochschule ist.
DS WG leben ist sehr zwanglos. Wir legen Wert darauf das jeder ein wenig Rücksicht nimmt und darauf achtet das es in der Wohnung sauber bleibt. Wir kochen gerne zusammen oder trinken abends zusammen ein Bier, respektieren aber in jedem Fall die Privatsphäre unserer Mitbewohner.
Eben ganz zwanglos☺️
