Hi, I'm going to be subletting my student dorm room during my semester abroad. It's fully furnished, with a bed, sink, wardrobe, desk, table, and a few chairs. I'll be leaving my router behind, so you'll have both WiFi and Ethernet. There's also a really nice window that lets in cool breezes, so the room never gets too hot or cold.
There's one important piece of information- this is a student dorm, so I'm only allowed to sublet it to other students who are studying in Mannheim.
It's a perfect place if you're doing an Erasmus semester or just searching for a place for your first semester in Mannheim. The university and center are 15-20 minutes away by train and bus- both pick up less than two minutes from the building. There are five supermarkets (Netto, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, and a Turkish store) within easy walking distance as well, plus bikes you can rent for free right outside. A small gym and several restaurants are nearby.
This is a student WG. There are 6 students living here, all studying at universities in Mannheim. It's a large flat with two bathrooms, a shower, and a really big kitchen hat provides plenty of space if you want to have friends over. A cleaning lady comes by two times a week and takes out the trash.
