This room is part of a renovated, bright and spacy "Altbauwohnung". The benefits of those old buildings are that you'll be able to enjoy high ceilings and a beautiful wooden floor.
The room has 20 square meters and everything that is needed:
- big comfortable bed with 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps
- blanket and pillows with covers and sheets
- desk with comfortable chair
- spacious wardrobe

The rest of the apartment offers everything for a good life: bright bathroom with a window, separate toilet and a beautiful kitchen. which is the heart of the shared apartment. Here for example you can cook meals together, enjoy some time sitting around the table or soak in the sun on the balcony (in summer).
The kitchen comes fully equipped. It has everything from cutlery to plates, pots, pans to knives and glasses. You'll find a Bosch dishwasher, a pretty much brand new Siemens fridge and a just recently bought laundry machine in the kitchen as well.
This place is perfect for those who look to move into their new home hassle-free and would love to have everything set.

The apartment is located in a colorful and lively district - Neckarstadt West. Here you will feel comfortable as a cosmopolitan person as 180 nationalities mix together.

All stores for your daily needs are nearby: Penny (5 min walk), Kaufland (8 min), Lidl (15 min), Aldi (15 min) - with the bike you are super fast everywhere. Many international stores complete the offer: Turkish, Moroccan, Asian, African supermarket/shop.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms plus kitchen, bathroom, toilet and hallway.
Two of the other rooms are permanently rented out as well. There might be a temporary 4th roommate during winter months. It's in your hands how to shape life in the shared apartment. However, the best matches are people who prefer a clean and tidy environment with friendly and considerate roommates - willing to contribute their part that everyone has a pleasant experience.
Best way to get a taste of the atmosphere is come for a visit in person. :)
One of the 4 rooms is mine. As mentioned before it might be temporarily rented out in the cold months in addition to the other three rooms.
The price includes everything: sidecosts like heating, internet (250 Mbit/s DSL), electricity.
It will be expected of you to keep the room and the apartment in a good condition, which also includes daily ventilation ("Stoßlüften") and - during heating season - preventing the room from cooling down too much.
