Looking for a roommate to share my cozy 2-bedroom apartment near Alte Feuerwache. Conveniently located with easy access to tram stations (tram 2, 1, 3) for a quick 10-minute ride to the city center and bus 60 to the university. Penny and Netto shops are just around the corner :)
The apartment, perfect for a student, is available for move-in on March 1st. You can enjoy a spacious kitchen (dishwasher and microwave included), a bathroom, a cute balcony, and two rooms.
The room for rent is unfurnished, but my roommate can sell you her Ikea Malm bed (90*200 cm), the clothes rack and the Stoffschrank (see the photos). If you don't like the tiles in the room, we can install a dark-colored laminate like I have in my room (for free).
You can move in in March or beginning of April
