Willkommen! Diese ist eine fantastische, entspannte Wohnung in einem guten Teil von Neckarstadt-West. In der Nähe von Alte-Feuerwache und der Straßenbahnhaltestellen 1, 2, 3 und 5.
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter, da ich im Sommer im Ausland bin und im Herbst für Uni zurückkomme. Tolle Küche, Badezimmer und Atmosphäre. Auch dein Sommer-Mitbewohner ist ein wunderbarer Mitbewohner! Weitere Fragen beantworte ich gerne per Nachricht oder persönlich :)

Welcome! This is a fantastic, relaxed apartment located in a good part of Neckarstadt-West. Close to Alte-Feuerwache and the tram stops for the 1, 2, and 3.
I'm subletting my room since I will be abroad for the summer and back in fall for university. Great kitchen, bathroom, and vibes. Your summer roommate is also a wonderful roommate! Glad to answer any further questions via message or in person :)
Dieser Bereich der Neckarstadt-West liegt in der Nähe von Lidl, Netto und Kaufland. Von hier aus gelanst du bequem mit den nahegelegenen Straßenbahnlinien in die Quadrate. Es gibt auch viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe!

This area of Neckarstadt-West is close to Lidl, Netto, and Kaufland. It's easy to get into the Quadrate from here via the nearby tram lines. Plenty of great restaurants nearby too!
Der Mitbewohner arbeitet wochentags, unterrichtet Yoga und genießt in seiner Freizeit das gesellige Beisammensein und die Entspannung. Ehrlich gesagt fantastisch. Kann sich leicht an Ihre sozialen Vorlieben anpassen. Er ist Deutscher und spricht außerdem fließend Englisch, Italienisch und Französisch.

Roommate works weekdays, teaches yoga, and enjoys socializing and relaxing during his downtime. Honestly fantastic. Can easily adapt to whatever your social preferences are. He's German and also fluent in English, Italian, and French.
