Die Wohnung hat zwei gleich große Zimmer, sowie eine Küche, einen kleinen Flur und ein Bad. (Für Fotos von den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen schreib mich bitte an). Das Zimmer, das ich untervermiete liegt zum Innenhof und ist damit sehr ruhig. Generell ist das Haus angenehm, weil hier nur Studierende wohnen. Ich kann aus diesem Grund auch nur an Studierende untervermieten. Ich suche jemanden, der gerne von Anfang Juli bis Ende August hier wohnen möchte und freue mich, wenn du dich meldest. :)
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. In dem genannten Preis sind die Kosten für Strom, Heizung und Internet bereits enthalten, nur die Rundfunkgebühr kommt noch dazu. Im Keller gibt es einen Wäscheraum, in dem man Waschmaschinen und Trockner nutzen kann, auch das kostet ein paar Euro.
Bei Bedarf können wir auch über einen früheren Einzigtermin Mitte Juni sprechen, melde dich einfach gerne :)

The flat has two rooms of the same size, as well as a kitchen, a small hallway and a bathroom. (Please write to me for photos of the shared rooms). The room I am subletting faces the inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet. In general, the house is pleasant because only students live here. For this reason, I can only sublet to students. I am looking for someone who would like to live here from the beginning of July to the end of August and would be happy to hear from you. :)
The room will be rented furnished. The price includes the costs for electricity, heating and internet, only the licence fee will be added. There is a laundry room in the basement where you can use washing machines and tumble dryers, which also costs a few euros.
If required, we can also talk about an earlier single date in mid-June, just get in touch :)
Die Verkehrsanbindug ist durch die Linie 60 (Bus) und die Linien 1 und 3 (Straßenbahn) sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle ist in circa 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle in 7-8 Minuten. Bei der Bushaltestelle gibt es auch eine nextbike Station. Ein Aldi ist direkt bei der Straßenbahnhaltestelle und auch zu einem Kaufland kann man bequem zu Fuß laufen.

The transport connections are very good thanks to line 60 (bus) and lines 1 and 3 (tram). The bus stop can be reached on foot in about 3-4 minutes and the tram stop in 7-8 minutes. There is also a nextbike station at the bus stop. There is an Aldi supermarket right next to the tram stop and you can also easily walk to a Kaufland supermarket.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich Englisch miteinander. Dadurch, dass wir nur einen kleinen gemeinsamen Bereich haben und auch beide unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe sehen wir uns manchmal und unterhalten uns gerne, ansonsten machen wir aber meistens beide unser Ding. Sie ist wirklich sehr nett und wir kommen super miteinander aus.

My and I speak English with each other. Because we only have a small shared area and both have different daily routines, we sometimes see each other and enjoy chatting, but otherwise we both usually do our own thing. She is really nice and we get on really well together.
Wichtig ist, dass du ein Student bist, wenn du hier wohnen möchtest. Für alle weiteren Infos melde dich einfach gerne. Ich würde mich freuen, jemanden zu finden, der für zwei Monate auf mein Zimmer aufpasst. :)
Wir können dann auch gerne besprechen was neben den Möbeln alles im Zimmer bzw. der Wohnung bleiben soll, damit deine Zeit angenehm wird. Je nachdem wird sich die Kaution daran anpassen.
