Wir suchen ab Februar 2014 (eventuell auch früher ab Januar) eine/n nette/n Nachmieter/in für ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer 2-er WG. (w., 26 J.).
Bitte Nichtraucher/in, gerne auch Austauschstudent/in oder Praktikanten/in vom Ausland ( ich spreche ein bisschen Englisch und Spanisch). Die Mitbewohner ist eine sehr nette 26 J. Germanistik-Master Studentin aus Polen.
Das Zimmer wird voraussichtlich für ein Jahr vermietet, es besteht aber die Möglichkeit zu verlängern. Kürzere Dauer (01.02-31.08.2014) nach Anfrage.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. OG eines sanierten Altbaus, hat zwei fast gleich grosse ca. 13 qm Schlafzimmer- voll möbliert (IKEA Doppelbett, Nachttisch, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch usw.), ein Badezimmer (mit Fenster, Dusche/WC und einer Waschmaschine und Kondenstrockner), eine kleine Diele, Abstellraum und ein gemeinsames Wohn-Esszimmer mit einem Speicher und einer Kochecke mit Einbauküche ( komplett ausgestattet mit Ceran-E-Herd, Backoffen, Spülmaschine, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Geschirr usw.). Die Wohnung hat insgesamt etwas gehobenere Ausstattung. Man kann wie ins Hostel nur mit einem Koffer einziehen, denn es gibt praktisch alles, was man braucht (auf Wunsch inkl. Bettwäsche).
Die Lage ist ganz toll: zentral, in der Nähe von der Neckarpromenade, mit vielen Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten, mit einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung (Strassenbahnhaltestelle Linie 1,2,3 und 4 ist nur ca. 100 m entfernt). Man braucht ca. 8 min zur Uni und nur 10 bin bis zum Hauptbahnhof und sonst kann alles gut zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Man muss ja nur über die Brücke laufen, wenn man in die Innenstadt will.
Parken frei auf der Strasse oder es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen privaten Parkplatz im Innenhof anzumieten (insofern frei).

I´m offering a very cozy room from 02.2014 ( may be earlier - in January) (about 13 qm = 140 SqFt) in my apartment for nice friendly and responsible people male/female , age doesn't matter (foreign exchange- or Ph.D. students or trainees etc. are very welcome- I speak English and Spanish).
The room is completely furnished ( IKEA double bed, table, garderobe (closet), dresser, chair etc. )
The apartment is located on the 2. floor of an old building and consists of two bedrooms, one shared bathroom and a living/dining room with pantry kitchen with all utensils. the bathroom (with window) has a shower, WC and a washing machine and dryer.
The location is very central, near the Neckar river promenade (very green, like a park). You can find lots of interesting places around ( theater, restaurants, cafes etc. )- so you can rich everything by foot. It has also an excellent connection to public transport ( it takes you by tram only 8 min. to university and 10 min. to the main station, 15-20 min. by car to Heidelberg).
Parking is free on the street or you can rent a privat Parking Place (if available).
All costs are included (except of electricity and Tel./Internet)
about 325€ (may be less it depends on your consume) per month.
The room will be rented for one year or longer, 01.02-31.08.2014 is also possible. Just ask me!
My roommate is a very nice and uncomplicated 26 y.o. student girl from Poland, she is studying German Linguistics, like cooking and to go out.

Die Mitbewohnerin ist 26 J., kommt aus Polen, studiert an Heidelberger Uni Germanistik (Master), spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Sie ist ein sehr lebenslustiger und aufgeschlossener Mensch, mag Kochen und geht gerne aus und freut sich auf einen unkomplizierte/n und ordentliche/n Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner.
