Da ich mich für ein Jahr auf ein Assignment ins Ausland begebe, möchte ich gerne mein WG Zimmer untervermieten.
Die 2009 sanierte 4 Zimmer Altbau Wohnung, ca. 97m² befindet sich im 2OG ist mit einer Einbauküche ausgestattet und besitzt 2 Balkone (Ausrichtung gegen Süden und Norden). Neben dem Bad gibt es eine separate Gästetoilette.
Das freie Zimmer hat einen schönen Dielenboden, ist sehr gepflegt, hell und groß (ca 24qm). Bilder kann ich natürlich auch auf Anfrage verschicken.
Es ist vollständig möbiliert und mit Fernseher, Apple TV, Hifi-Anlage usw. ausgestattet.
Die Fotos sind leider etwas dunkel das Zimmer ist allerdings tagsüber sehr hell.....
Die WG ist ca 5-10 minuten vom alten Messplatz/Feuerwache entfernt also gut angebunden an das Mannheimer Stadtbahnnetz.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch viele (Penny/EDEKA...
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und Umgänglich!
Die WG ist sehr sauber.
