Die WG ist in einem charmanten Altbau mit 3 weiteren WGs, so dass Du Dich mit vielen gut connecten kannst. Es leben in der Regel durchgehend 15 Personen im Haus.
Das Zimmer ist grob 3 Meter breit und 5 Meter lang. Hat etwas Dachschräge (ca. 1/3 des Raums). Da das Haus aber etwas größer ist als die umliegenden Gebäude, hast Du durch das große Fenster einen tollen Ausblick auf Neckarstadt-West und -Ost.
Ansonsten gibt es eine Küche mit allem, was so benötigt wird, ein Bad und ein separates WC.
Das Haus befindet sich in der Bürgermeister-Fuchs-Str. 33a.
In unmittelbaren Umfeld sind ein Kiosk, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, ein Bäcker, ein Supermarkt, mehrere Essmöglichkeiten (alles im Umkreis von 50m-100m).
An die Stadt bist Du eigentlich super angebunden, da Du sowohl mit Fahrrad als auch mit der Straßenbahn in wenigen Minuten mittendrin bist.
Falls Du ein Auto hast, gibt es immer Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
