Bald werde ich mit meiner Freundin in eine eigene Wohnung ziehen, habe ich ein sehr schönes Zimmer an ihr zu anbieten.
Das zimmer ist am hintere seite zum Inenhof ,so sehr ruhig.Die Wohnung ist ein 3 ZKB Wohnung c.a. 100 qm mit eine extra Gäste WC und eine Balkon.
derzeit das zimmer ist komplett möbliertet mit eine schreibtisch, 2 Schränke und ein doppel bett. Nur dieses zimmer hat eine grosser abstell raum, wo momentan habe ich schranke eingestellt.
Ich erwarte eine Abschlag von 300 euro für Küche, also die mobel müssen übernehmen werden für 200 euro (VHB).
Die Lage ist sehr gut , man braucht unten als 20 Sekunden :-P um die nächste bahnhaltestelle Grenadierstrasse zu erreichen. Einkaufsmoglichkeiten (Marktkauf, Aldi, dm etc. ) sind unmittelbar nahe ca. 10 min zu fuss. es gibt auch ein backer, döner geschaft in der nähe
Momentan wohnen 2 junge studenten in Wohnung. Der Mario (24) studiert Physics und der wohnt hier seit letztes Jahr. Julie (21) studiert an der Uni Mannheim. Julie ist auch gerade eingezogen, so ganz neu in Mannheim.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt dann schreib mir einfach ein Nachricht und stell ihr kurz vor. Ich werde versuchen wie bald wie möglich zu antworten, so dass wir ein besichtigungs termin planen können.
