I offer to sublet a room of 15m² for 190€/month in central Mannheim. The deposit is 300€.
The renting period is from mid-June to end of August. I will be leaving around 20th of June and come back on the 26 of August. If you need to come a few days earlier or stay a bit longer, we will find a solution for that.
You will have two very nice flatmates, one girl who studies economics and in the beginning one guy studying logistics (there is space for 4 people in the flat, but the rest is gone for summer).
What about the flat? We live in a lovely flat in the 12th storey, so we have a wonderful view on the Neckar river (don’t worry, there are elevators). The flat is equipped with 2 bathrooms, one shower/bathtub, a balcony, a washing machine, a dishwasher and all the kitchen equipment you could ever desire.
Your room has one window-wall which faces to the west on the Neckar. I will of course empty the room of my stuff, but I will leave the furniture, so that you will be fully equipped: bed, desk, wardrobe, three shelves, chair, sofa :)
The flat is located just outside of the Quadrate, the city centre of Mannheim. There is a tram stop two minutes outside the house (Alte Feuerwache).
If you take the tram, you will get to the university in 10 min and to the the train station in 12 min, if you go by bike, it will take you 10 min. Walking takes a bit longer, I would estimate 25 minutes to get to the Schloss or the station. Grocery stores (Lidl, Rewe, Penny) are also just 5-10 min away.
The conditions we ask of you would be: no excessive partying in the flat, cleanliness, willingness to separate waste correctly ;)
