Während ich im Ausland studieren werde, vermiete ich mein schönes 22m² Zimmer unter.
Die Möbel (Kleiderschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Regale...) werde ich im Zimmer lassen, bei Interesse und guter Pflege auch das Epiano.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine komplett ausgetstattete 18m² Küche mit großem Tisch und jeder Menge Arbeitsfläche, sodass nach Lust und Laune gekocht werden kann und Freunde dort Platz finden.
Wir besitzen auch eine Waschmaschine, einen seperaten Trockenraum und ein Bad (wuuuhuuu!)
While I will be studying abroad, I am subletting my completely furnished (closet, bed, desk, shelves...) 22m² room. If you are interested you can also use my epiano, but only if you treat it with care, please.
The kitchen has 18m² and every device you can ask for I would say. It is the perfect place to hang out with friends and prepare delicious dishes.
We also have a washing maschine, a seperat drying room as well as a bathroom (surprise, surprise!).
In einer Minute ist man bei der Linie 1, 3 (Haltestelle Neuer Messplatz), welche euch in 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt bringt. Mit dem Fahrrad seid ihr noch schneller (5min in die Stadt, 10min zur Uni).
Penny, Kaufland und riesen Türkensupermarkt sind in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Schwimmbad ist auch gleich nebenan.
Im Haus wohnen viele Familien, wir verstehen uns hier alle super und nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander.
You can reach the tram lines 1 and 3 within 1 minute from our door (stop: Neuer Messplatz). To the city center it takes 10 minutes. Taking the bike is even faster (5 min to center, 10 min to University).
Various grocery stores can be reached in 5 walking minutes. Also Mannheim's big swimming pool is very close.
There are many families living in the house and we all get along very well.
Deine Mitbewohnerin heißt Ana. Sie ist 25, Protugisin und promoviert, d.h. sie geht jeden Tag arbeiten. Du solltest darauf also etwas Rücksicht nehmen.
Wir sprechen hier in der WG englisch (an ihrem deutsch arbeitet sie noch ;-)). Sie hat ein Beet in einem kleinen Gemeinschaftsgarten und bringt gerne mal leckeres frisches Gemüse mit nach Hause. Auch zum gemeinsamen Kochen ist sie immer zu haben.
Your flatmate will be Ana, she is a 25 year old, very nice Portugiese girl, who is currently doing her Phd. This means she is going to work every day, please mind that while planning parties.
The language spoken in our flat is english. Ana is still working on her German skills. She has a little bed (not for sleeping but for planting vegetabels) in a community garden. Sometimes she brings delicious fresh vegetabels and herbs home :-). She will be happy to meet you and get active on the weekends.
We will prefer Master students or people looking for an internship, internationals very welcome! Your minimum age should be 23, experience with living in a shared flat are an advantage.
