Large furnished room in 2 person share flat (61 m2). It is located in a nice area surrounded by tall trees that make you feel like living outside the city. The room is equipped with a single bed (90 x 200cm), a dark brown desk with two wooden chairs, and a chest. The room is plainly decorated, with no posters on the walls, which gives it the feeling to be even larger and relaxing.
Regarding the apartment, it has a renewed bathroom and a quite modern kitchen with washing machine (coming soon) and electric stove. Currently, I have a dishwasher but I will remove it and put there a washing machine. Hopefully, by the end of July, the washing machine will be here. The flat is located at a family building in which we must respect and follow the rules stated by the landlord, who lives on the top floor. The most important rules are (1) locking the building door every time you go in or out (really important), (2) no smoking and (3) no parties.
The neighborhood is residential and therefore quiet. Across the street you can find ALDI to buy groceries and just by the building is the tram stop “Untermühlaustrasse” where you can take the tram to get to the city center in 12 minutes and to the university in 17 minutes (approx. 15 minutes by bike).
You will share the flat with Viviana (26). Currently, she is writing her master thesis and working. Therefore, She is mostly not at home on weekdays. She is very kind and always open to talk and/or share nice moments cooking (or baking). She speaks Spanish, English and a bit German. Besides the landlord recommendations, it is recommended to keep the apartment clean and to be respectful to each other especially regarding evening noise.

The fee for existing equipment consist of the bed (40 euros) and the mattress (30 euros). The desk and the chest are free. The total rent is 330 with all services included.
